RMB 150 Million Investment to Boost Production
On April 9, 2026, the environmental impact assessment acceptance information for the solvent-free polyurethane new materials project of Xuchuan Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was officially released by the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment.
With a total investment of RMB 150 million, the project is expected to add an annual production capacity of 75,000 tons of solvent-free polyurethane resin products after completion.
Focus on High-Performance Polyurethane Materials
The new capacity will mainly include:
- 30,000 tons/year of solvent-free polyurethane resin for synthetic leather
- 25,000 tons/year of solvent-free polyurethane resin for composite applications
- 20,000 tons/year of specialized polyurethane resin for high-end advanced composites
The products will be manufactured in two-component systems (Component A and Component B), covering applications in leather materials, industrial composites, and advanced composite technologies.
New Automated Production Line in Kunshan
The expansion project is located at the existing factory site of Xuchuan Technology in Dianshanhu Town, Kunshan City. The company will upgrade the current No.3 production workshop, introduce specialized manufacturing equipment, and establish a new automated solvent-free polyurethane resin production line.
The project has already completed official investment registration approval and is expected to significantly strengthen the company’s production capabilities in environmentally friendly polyurethane materials.
