Advantages
XCPU-93A/XCPU-93B is a two-component casting polyurethane prepolymer system specially formulated for gym weight plates and fitness equipment. It features adjustable hardness, high mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance and good resilience. The product has stable gel time, easy casting operation, low shrinkage and good molding effect. It can be customized in various hardness grades to meet different customer production requirements.
Applications
This two-component PU casting system is mainly used for casting molding of polyurethane elastic products. Suitable for mass production of high-strength, wear-resistant and elastic PU parts through heating casting and vulcanization process.
